Introduction

Mastermind Europe is an exclusive initiative led by five successful Brazilian serial entrepreneurs and investors based in Europe. Together, they envisioned a platform to unite like-minded business leaders passionate about expanding their ventures and building meaningful relationships.

The first edition of Mastermind Europe took place in Amsterdam, bringing together innovative minds to share ideas, collaborate, and explore new opportunities.

As a strategic partner, Eureka was proud to lead the branding, planning, and execution of this project. Our contributions spanned every aspect of the event, ensuring the brand’s vision came to life seamlessly.

Branding Strategy and Identity

The goal was to create a brand that embodied exclusivity, connection, and Brazilian heritage, while appealing to a global audience.

  • The Blue Macaw: Chosen as the brand’s centerpiece, this symbol of Brazil represents uniqueness, connection, and elegance, perfectly mirroring Mastermind Europe’s mission.

  • Colors and Design: A palette of green inspired by Brazil’s lush forests symbolized growth and prosperity. Paired with sophisticated design elements, the identity communicated professionalism and innovation.

  • Eureka’s Role: Our team guided the creative process, from conceptualizing the visual identity to aligning all design elements with the brand’s essence and objectives.

Social Media Launch and Promotion

To generate awareness and excitement for the event, a focused social media campaign was launched.

  • Content Development: We crafted posts and videos that introduced the brand’s mission, highlighted its exclusivity, and showcased the opportunities offered by the event.

  • Audience Engagement: By taking a storytelling approach, we connected with Brazilian entrepreneurs across Europe, fostering a strong sense of anticipation.

  • Guest Selection and Invitations: We carefully curated the guest list to ensure the event attracted top-tier attendees. Out of 45 invitations, 25 attendees joined the event—a strong 55% conversion rate.

  • Coordination with Suppliers and Stakeholders: From venue logistics to catering, every detail was meticulously planned and executed.

  • Experience Design: From the layout of discussion panels to dynamic networking activities and a premium buffet, every element reflected the brand’s sophistication and vision.

Result

The Amsterdam Edition was a successful brand launch event with a high-quality turnout. Attendees praised the thoughtful organization, engaging activities, and meaningful connections made during the evening.
