Strategy

Our journey began with an in-depth analysis of competitors, market research, and multiple brainstorming sessions. Based on these insights, we crafted a tailored branding strategy to position Padel Mate Club uniquely in the market. Through several consultations with the client, we helped define a clear direction for building a strong, authentic brand that resonated with its target audience.

Branding

We developed initial visual concepts that, after refinement, led to a cohesive visual identity for the club.

 

Our work included creating a design activation plan, covering all visual elements for the club, such as signage, interior design, and branded merchandise.

 

These implementations can be seen throughout the club, including the innovative bus stop designs and the club's overall visual atmosphere.

Social Media and Community Building

With the strong branding foundation, we launched a social media activation campaign to promote the brand and engage the community. We took on social media management and provided ongoing support to the founder to ensure that communication remained aligned with the club's values and connected with its members.

 

Our goal was not only to attract new members but to build an engaged and loyal community.

We positioned the founders as industry thought leaders on LinkedIn, enhancing their personal brands and building credibility.

 

This strategic presence opened doors to valuable partnerships and opportunities, supporting the club’s growth and trust within its network.

Result

The branding and strategy work resulted in a successful launch of Padel Mate Club in Amstelveen. In just two years, the club expanded to a new location in Hoorn, solidifying its presence in the market.

 

Moreover, the brand’s success opened doors for international expansion, with a new location opening in Spain. PMC’s continuous growth reflects the strong visual identity and community engagement we helped create.
